Death Beckons Mrs. Mary A. Richardson
Death claimed Mrs. Mary A. Richardson, 60, wife of a San Quentin guard, on Monday in a local hospital, after an extended period of ill health. Mrs. Richardson was a native of Marysville and came to San Quentin to reside with her husband, Alanson Richardson, 13 years ago.
Mrs. Richardson was a member of Marysville Chapter, O.E.S., Golden Star Rebekah Lodge, San Rafael, and Ladies Auxiliary, Spanish-American War Veterans, San Rafael.
Besides her husband, deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Bockrath and Elizabeth Richardson; three sons, Harold, Donald and Jack Richardson; a sister, Mrs. Lydia Stockwell of Berkeley; and a brother, Frank Burdick of Wheatland.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday from the mortuary of Keaton and Dusel. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, San Mateo county.
