ANNA DOROTHY SPINNEY
Anna Dorothy Spinney of Mill Valley died Thursday at Marin General Hospital. She was 95.
Mrs. Spinney, a native of San Rafael, was a charter member of the San Rafael chapter of the Native Daughters of the Golden West. She also belonged to the Past Presidents’ Club and the Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by a nephew, Francis Petersen. Her husband, Clifford Spinney, preceded her in death.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael under the auspices of the Native Daughters of the Golden West. Burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the Native Daughters of the Golden West Home or Childrens’ Foundation, 555 Baker St., San Francisco.
