E. VIOLET GOULD
E. Violet Gould of Corte Madera, a retired accounting clerk for Southern Pacific Railroad, died unexpectedly Saturday, Aug. 22, 1987, at Marin General Hospital.
She was 86.
Mrs. Gould was a native of Little Falls, Minn.
She had lived in Corte Madera for six years. Before that, she lived for 37 years in San Mateo.
Mrs. Gould worked for 25 years in the accounts receivable department for Southern Pacific Railroad. She retired in 1967.
She was an avid gardener.
Mrs. Gould is survived by her sister, Edna B. Jones of Corte Madera; two nieces and two nephews.
Private arrangements are being handled by the Neptune Society in San Rafael.
The family prefers donations be made to a favorite charity.
