Death Calls Capt. George R. Lawson
Captain George R. Lawson, Sr., 73, for 30 years a member of the San Francisco Fire Department, and a resident of San Anselmo since his retirement 18 years ago, died at his home on Humboldt Avenue, Lansdale, last night, following a cerebral hemmorhage 13 days ago. He did not recover consciousness since the stroke. Captain Lawson is survived by two sons, George R. Jr., and Ambrose Lawson, and a daughter, Mrs. Juanita Ratige. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, under the auspices of the San Francisco Fire Department.
