For many years, she lived in Cleveland, Ohio, where she met and married Samuel Levin. He died in 1956.

In 1963, she moved to Greenbrae and lived here until 1977, when she entered the convalescent home.

Mrs. Levin was active in the American Diabetes Association and Pioneer Women, a Jewish Zionist organization.

Her daughter, Ruth Schwartz, a Marin artist and art teacher, also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Sid Levin of Marin and Jack Levin; a daughter, Sylvia Levin; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family prefers memorial gifts to the American Diabetes Association.
