Mrs. C. A. Burkhart left for Stockton Sunday to attend the funeral of her father, V. Kaiser, an old pioneer and capitalist of Stockton. Mr. Kaiser lived to the grand old age of 88 years and is survived by a loving wife, 12 children, 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
