Jim Orndorff Dead
Colonel James W. Orndorff, one of the well known characters in mining days and up to recently, a resident of Sausalito, passed away in San Francisco, leaving an aged wife.

The Feb. 17 issue, on page 5, says “It is reported that Colonel and Mrs. Jim Orndorff, former residents of Sausalito, are very ill with the flu and that the Colonel is in a critical condition.”
