PATRICIA A. BLOOM
A Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia A. Bloom of Greenbrae was to have been celebrated this morning at Our Lady of Loretto Church in Novato.
Mrs. Bloom died Monday at Mount Zion Hospital in San Francisco after a lengthy illness. She was 53.
Mrs. Bloom was born in Port Arthur, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, David Bloom, a painting contractor; a son, Stephan Kozlowski of San Francisco; a daughter, Karen Kozlowski of Greenbrae; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Matulik of Groves, Texas; three sisters, Margaret Hebert of Groves and Georgia Quisenberry and Gloria Bullion, both of Port Arthur; and a brother, Ray Matulik of Wheat Ridge, Colo.
Burial was at Valley Memorial Park in Novato.
