Former Mason Dies At Hospital
James Penfold, who has been employed for years at the Adler Sanitarium in San Francisco, and recently at the Tavern on Mt. Tamalpais, died at the Cottage Hospital Monday where he was removed the day before. He was about 40 years of age, and papers found upon his person disclosed that at one time he was a member of the Masonic order and a native of England. He leaves a widow in the East. He will be held at Dr. Sawyer’s funeral parlors pending arrangements for the funeral.
