Death of John Mahar
Mr. John Mahar, aged about 60, died at St. Mary’s hospital on Tuesday morning. He had been sick for some time and on Monday was taken from his home in San Rafael to the hospital. There was an unpleasant occurrence, a dispute between his divorced wife and his present wife as to his care, and the division of his property, estimated at about $15,000 which will probably be settled in the courts.
