Mrs. Posey Succumbs To Illness Of Years
Burial Made at Old Home In Butte County
After an illness of more than a year, which became acute about a month ago, Mrs. Jennie V. B. Posey. Mother of Miss Georgiana Posey and Mrs. J. D. Bennett, died Tuesday morning at her home in the Warden tract.
At the request of the deceased that in the event of her death she should be buried at her old home, the body was shipped Tuesday night to Biggs, Butte county, where the funeral services will be held. No services were held here. For several years. Mrs. Posey had been in feeble health.
