Sausalito Woman Lusitania Victim
The Lusitania disaster left its scarring mark in the home of A. B. Field of Sausalito, whose daughter, Mrs. Charlotte Luck, went to her death in the waves that engulfed the giant liner off the coast of Ireland last Friday. The lives of Mrs. Luck’s two children, Eldrige, age 12, and Kenneth, age 7, were also taken in the terrible toll. Mrs. Luck left Sausalito two weeks before the fatality to join her husband, A. Courtland Luck, a mining engineer, in London. Miss Anne Field, who conducts a real estate office in Sausalito, is a sister of the dead woman.
