BERNICE FULTON ROBERTS
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Russell and Gooch mortuary in Mill Valley for Bernice Fulton Roberts, mother of Charlesetta Lewis of Marin City.
Mrs. Roberts, who lived in San Francisco, died Tuesday at Seton Medical Center in Daly City. She was 78.
She was born in Newport, Ark., and came to Oakland in 1941. She moved to San Francisco about a year later.
In addition to Mrs. Lewis of Marin City, Mrs. Roberts is survived by two other daughters, Betty Davis of Arkansas and Estella Walls of St. Louis, Mo.; three sons, Baston Cowan Jr. of Arkansas, and Joe L. and Edward S. Cowan of Los Angeles; a sister, Lucilla Fulton of Arkansas; 25 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to visit at the mortuary 7 to 9 tonight.
Burial will be at Pleasant Hills Cemetery in Sebastopol.
