FRANCES CARLOUGH
A memorial service for Frances Carlough of Sausalito was to be held at 11 a.m. today at Daphne Fernwood Cemetery & Mortuary in Mill Valley. Mrs. Carlough, 57, died Monday on the houseboat on which she had lived for 25 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Mitzy Carlough, of Sausalito.
A potluck was to follow at the family home.
