ROY L. HUNT
A memorial service for Roy L. Hunt of San Rafael will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Tiburon.
Mr. Hunt died Tuesday at Hillhaven Convalescent Hospital in San Rafael. He was 70.
Mr. Hunt, a native of Redlands, had lived in San Rafael since 1956.
He studied electrical engineering at California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and worked as an electrician until his retirement in 1977. For many years, Mr. Hunt was an active member of the Marin Amateur Radio Club. He also was active with Loners on Wheels program, a senior citizens social club.
Survivors are two daughters, Cynthia E. Hunt of San Rafael and Deborah Hunt of Chico; a brother, Clarence L. Hunt of San Anselmo; two sisters, Arlene Lee of Redlands and Florence McFate of Tucson; and three grandchildren.
The family prefers donations to a favorite charity.
