Miss Sigfred E. Strand, who was seriously burned July 5th while igniting some fireworks at her Escalle ark, died as a result of the injuries Saturday at the San Rafael Sanitarium. Miss Strand had been employed as a singer at Jules’ Café in San Francisco, and was spending the summer with her mother at Escalle. She was 22 years old.
