JANE J. WELCH
Jane J. Welch, a longtime Novato resident, died Wednesday at Hill Road Convalescent Hospital in Novato at the age of 96.
Mrs. Welch, a native of Huntsville, Ohio, moved to Novato in 1968.
She was a past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star in Ohio and a member of the organization in Marin.
Her survivors are four grandsons, Robert O. and Ronald J. Buckwalter, both of Novato, Richard D. Buckwalter of Claremont, Los Angeles County, and Ralph K. Buckwalter of Foster City. She also is survived by eight great-grandchildren.
No services are planned.
