MARGARET M. STEVENSON
Margaret M. Stevenson of Mill Valley, a 10-year resident of Marin, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 1987, at University Branch Convalescent Hospital in Menlo Park after a short illness.
She was 65.
Mrs. Stevenson was a native of San Francisco. She had lived in Mill Valley and Sausalito for about 10 years.
Mrs. Stevenson was a homemaker.
She was a volunteer with the Salvation Army.
Mrs. Stevenson also enjoyed embroidery and other needlework.
Her husband, Rex Stevenson, and a son, John Stevenson, died earlier.
Survivors include two daughters, Cathryn Stevenson of Menlo Park and Cheryl Stevenson of New Mexico; and two grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Sausalito.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. to day at Russell & Gooch Funeral Chapel in Mill Valley.
The rosary will be recited at 7:30 tonight at the mortuary.
Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma.
The family prefers memorial gifts to the Pinehurst Rehabilitation Lodge, 2685 30th Ave., San Francisco, 94116.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she was the grandmother of Rebecca Grey of Menlo Park and David Stevenson of Santa Fe.
