RAMONA WHITELEY
Ramona E. Whiteley, stricken with an illness Sunday while moving from Sonoma to a new home at 195 Nova Albion Way, San Rafael, died yesterday in a local hospital. She was 66.
A native of Colusa, Colusa county, she was the wife of Jean V. Whiteley, a retired San Francisco fireman. They had been married 44 years.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Guido V. Battaglia of San Rafael, wife of a Marin County deputy sheriff; and by a sister, Mrs. Cornelia Whiteley of San Francisco.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Inurnment will be private.
