NORMAN MUIR
A private service will be held for Norman Muir, a 25-year resident of San Rafael. He died Thursday in San Jose; he was 53.
He was born in Vancouver, B.C. and served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He was employed at Letterman Hospital in San Francisco.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; sons, Gordon and Bruce Muir, all of the home, and his mother, Sadie Muir of Calistoga.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was the son of the late George Muir. His ashes were to be scattered over the Pacific. Arrangements by Keaton’s, San Rafael.
