Mrs. Mary Harrington Dies Suddenly

Mrs. Mary Catherine Harrington passed away at her home here Saturday morning suddenly from a stroke of apoplexy. She was stricken at noon the day before and remained unconscious until the end.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy J. Harrington and a daughter, Miss Madelline Harrington.

Mrs. Harrington had hosts of friends in San Rafael and had taken an active part in charitable projects and social life.

The funeral was held Monday in San Francisco, with burial at Holy Cross cemetery. A number of sorrowing San Rafael friends attended the ceremony at St. Mary’s Cathedral, where a solemn requiem high mass was celebrated.
