ARLINE MILLIGAN
A Mass of Christian Burial for Arline C. Milligan, 79, of Fairfax will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Raphael’s Church, San Rafael.
Mrs. Milligan, a retired clerical worker for Standard Oil Company of California, died Thursday at a local hospital after an illness.
She was the widow of Edgar D. Milligan, a retired postal worker.
Mrs. Milligan was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
She was born in New York but moved to San Francisco at the age of 6 months. She had been a resident of San Rafael from 1932 to 1934 and then moved to San Francisco. She had been a resident of Fairfax since 1968.
Surviving are a son, Ronald E. Milligan of Hartford, Conn.; a daughter, Ann I. Walker of Reno; and seven grandchildren.
The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. at Monte’s Mission Chapel, San Rafael. Burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
