Death Calls For Hiland A. Moore
The sudden and unexpected death of Hiland A. Moore has just bee reported.
A man of estimable character and beloved by all who knew him, Mr. Moore at one time was one of the leading business men of San Francisco. He established the widely known Sterling Furniture Company there, from which he retired about twelve years ago to live quietly in San Rafael.
He was a leading member of the Christian Science Church here. In earlier days he was a resident of this county owning at different times several ranches. He is survived by a widow and children, one of whom is Harry Moore, a San Francisco furniture man. He was a brother of Mrs. Haskell and Mrs. Clifford.
The Christian Science burial service will be said Sunday and the remains placed in a vault.
