Joseph H. Wylie, for several years a resident of Mill Valley, passed away in San Francisco November 20 after an illness of many months. Mr. and Mrs. Wylie left Mill Valley in 1918 and went to Willows, where Mr. Wylie managed large rice interests. He had lived in San Francisco for the past year.
