Chinese Enroute Home Takes Own Life

Wing You Yee, a Chinese en route from Mexico to China, committed suicide last Friday night by leaping over a bluff on Angel Island near the Immigration Station.

The body was discovered Monday on the beach by soldiers. It is believed that the remains had been washed ashore, as the body showed evidence of having been in the water for some time. The Chinese was 35 years of age. The body was removed to the morgue here by Coroner J. Ray Keaton. Dr. J. H. Kuser, who performed an autopsy found that the skull had been fractured. An inquest was held by Coroner Keaton Tuesday night.
