Isaac Asklund, age 78, and resident of San Rafael for many years, passed away here last Saturday. The funeral was held Tuesday, with services at the F. E. Sawyer Parlors under the auspices of the Odd Fellows lodge, of which the deceased was a member. Asklund’s only relative is a niece, Maria Hagberg, in Sweden. Years ago Asklund was employed by Isaac Shaver in the Shaver saw mill.
