Matthias Johnson, uncle of Mrs. Peter Scheutten, passed away at the Scheutten home last Sunday after a long illness. He was 61 years of age, and a native of Germany. The funeral was held at St. Matthew’s Church today, and burial, under the direction of the F. E. Sawyer Company, in Mount Tamalpais cemetery.
