CATHERINE CERBESI
Amass of Christian Burial for Catherine Cerbesi of Mill Valley will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Edward’s Church in San Francisco.
Mrs. Cerbesi died Thursday at a local retirement center. She was 90.
A native of Italy, Mrs. Cerbesi lived most of her life in San Francisco. She and her late husband moved to Marin County about eight years ago.
She is survived by a grandson, Stephen Lombardi of Mill Valley and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit after 3 p.m. Saturday at Evergreen Mortuary at Geary Boulevard and 10th Avenue in San Francisco. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
The family prefers memorial contributions to your favorite charity.

A Death Notice in the July 26 paper gives the name as Cervesi, and adds that she was the wife of the late Ceaser Cervesi, mother of the late Alma Lombardi, mother-in-law of Stephen Lombardi, grandmother of Stephen D. Lombardi, and great-grandmother of Stephen D. Lombardi Jr., Denise and Kenneth Lombardi. Funeral at Evergreen Mortuary of McAvoy-O’Hara Co.
