Well Known Tomales Woman Passes Away
The funeral of Mrs. Ann McPhillips of Tomales, will be held tomorrow, with services at the Church of the Assumption in Tomales.
Mrs. McPhillips was one of the pioneers of the district in which she lived and was widely known and loved. She was 81 years of age, the widow of the late Hugh McPhillips and the mother of F. J., Joseph, Hugh and Abbie McPhillips and Mrs. Teresa McCrohan, of Richmond. She passed away Wednesday of this week.

Funeral Held For Tomales Woman
The funeral of the late Mrs. A. McPhillips took place last Friday morning from the family home at Tomales, thence to the Church of the Assumption, where a requiem mass was celebrated. There were relatives and friends present. The floral offerings were beautiful and covered the grave in the country cemetery near Tomales.
The pallbearers were Chas. Gallon, Ed Bean, L. C. Guldager, Paul G. Scholz, Edward Cornett and Charles Flynn.
