Arthur Barnes, brother of E. H. Barnes of Hawthorne avenue, and W. H. and Jack Barnes of Baltimore Park, was attacked by an infuriated bull at his Cazadero ranch last Saturday. His daughter and son risked their lives in coming to his rescue and finally succeeded in driving the animal away but not until their father was fatally injured. The deceased was a highly respected resident of western Sonoma and was well known here. Incineration took place Monday.
