The death of Robert Browell has cast a shadow over the entire community. Mr. Browell has been seriously ill for several weeks and has been attended constantly by his devoted wife. On Monday morning, however, the untiring efforts of physicians and family proved unavailing and he passed away. He leaves besides his widow, two sons, Robert and Walter, and a little daughter, Lila. His sisters and brother are residents of San Francisco. Mr. Browell has lived in the community for a number of years and has endeared himself to many by his quiet kindly manner. The entire village unites in sympathy with his bereaved family.

Robert T. Browell passed away last Monday at his home in Corte Madera, and the funeral was held yesterday in San Francisco. He was the husband of Mrs. Henrietta Browell and the father of Robert, Walter and Lila Browell.
