Charlie Salmina had the sad experience of attending the funeral of his life long aged friend, Mrs. Marie Baccala in San Francisco on Tuesday of last week. Mrs. Baccala was a native of Intragna, Switzerland, had reached the ripe and glorious fulfillment of her years, being 76 years of age. She was a woman of education and refinement, was an inspiration to all who knew her. Her passing leaves sad hearts. Condolence is extended to all the bereaved ones.
