KATE E. POLACHECK
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. for Kate Ellen Polacheck in the northwest room of the St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco.
Miss Polacheck, 29, of San Francisco, died in a boating accident near Lodi on Aug. 4.
She handled life insurance, disability and major medical insurance through the Paul Revere brokerage firm in San Francisco. Recently she had passed her certified life underwriters’ requirements.
She was a director of the Women Entrepreneurs’ Association.
She is survived by two sisters, Betty Schrohe of Kentfield, and Peggy Dickman of Milwaukee, Wis., and her parents, Bob and Peggy Polacheck of Milwaukee.
