Services Held For Mrs. Mary Bates

Mrs. Mary Louise Bates passed away at her home here last Sunday after a long illness. She was 79 years of age and had been a resident of this state for 51 years, coming here from new York.

Funeral services were held at the home Monday. She is survived by her sorrowing husband and five children, Frank, George, and the Misses Laura and Gertrude and Walter Bates.
