MYRTLE WALLACE
A private service has been held for Myrtle A. Wallace of Mill Valley.
Mrs. Wallace, 82, died today in a local hospital after a three-month illness.
She was born in Illinois and lived most of her life in Portland, Ore. She retired as manager of the Multnomah County Physicians’ office in 1968. She moved to Mill Valley six years ago.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia McVay of Mill Valley; a son, Edward Wallace of Tempe, Ariz.; and two grandchildren.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that Keaton’s Mortuary of San Rafael was in charge of arrangements.
