DOROTHY D. STEWART
Dorothy D. Stewart, a former resident of Mill Valley, died Wednesday in an Alameda County convalescent hospital. She was 84.
A native of Boston, Mrs. Stewart spent most of her life in Rochester County, N.Y. She lived in a Mill Valley retirement home form 1975 to 1979.
She was the founder of the Scarsdale Womens’ Club and a volunteer at Grasslands Hospital in New York for 18 years.
Mrs. Stewart is survived by her daughter, Dorothy D. Lints of Alameda, and her stepdaughter, Dr. Clarissa Scott-Owen of Miami.
Private family services will be held.

A Death Notice in the same paper says she was the wife of the late Lester R. Stewart.
