LORAINE E. FLETCHER
A memorial Mass for Loraine E. Fletcher of Tiburon was held last week in St. John’s Church in Encinitas, San Diego County.
Mrs. Fletcher died Sept. 5 in an auto accident near Brawley, Imperial County. She was 54.
Born in Glendale, Mrs. Fletcher maintained homes most of her life in both Northern and Southern California. She was active for many years in operating the Honour Thoroughbred Farm in Southern California.
She is survived by her husband, William Fletcher of Tiburon; two daughters, Lynne Fletcher and Leslie Walsh, both of Marin County; a son, William Fletcher Jr. of Escondido, San Diego County; her mother, Jessie E. Blunt of Anza, Riverside County; a sister, Marjorie E. Wirick of Barstow, San Bernardino County; and a brother, C. J. Blunt Jr. of Holtville, Imperial County.
