Commits Suicide On Account Of Ill Health
Ill and despondent, Miss Mary Mail, 53, employed as a domestic in the home of John Kline on Fifth street, committed suicide by asphyxiation Monday night. Miss Mail was discovered unconscious in her room, and hurried to the Cottage Hospital, where it was thought her life might be saved. It was later learned that the woman was dead before reaching the hospital. She was removed to the morgue by Coroner J. Ray Keaton who was informed that Miss Mail has a brother living in San Francisco. An attempt was made to locate the brother of Miss Mail.
