George H. Young Expires Suddenly In Paris, France
George H. Young, well-known shoe merchant of San Francisco, who had made his home in Ross for the past 20 years, died suddenly in Paris Sunday.
Word of his death was received Monday in a cablegram to Mrs. Frederick Myrtle of Ross.
Mrs. and Mrs. Young left six weeks ago for an European trip, to be away until the end of September. They had a car and chauffeur and had planned to tour the countries of that continent.
Mr. Young had been in ill-health for some months past and the trip was taken in the hope of its benefitting him. They were intending to visit several of the spas and springs of middle Europe.
