Dies From Fall
Henry Prahl, a painter at Sausalito, fell from a railing in front of the Walla Walla saloon on Sunday, a distance of about seven feet to a pile of pipes below, breaking a few ribs, one of which pierced his lungs from which he died in a few minutes. Dr. Mays was summoned but could do nothing for the young man. It is learned that he drew $25 from a local bank and started drinking. When picked up it was found that he still had $20.25 in his pockets. No relatives of the man can be found and it is thought that he has none in this country.
