MARIE E. COLTURI
A memorial service will be held for Marie E. Colturi, a San Rafael resident, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael.
Mrs. Colturi died Friday in a local hospital after a series of illnesses. She was 70.
A native of Mexico, she came to the United States and settled in San Rafael around 50 years ago.
She was a cosmetologist in San Rafael before beginning to raise her family and becoming a housewife.
She is survived by her husband, John Colturi of San Rafael; two daughters, Jacqueline Wall of San Jose and Rene Fontez Muller; a brother, Antonio Araiza of Mexico City, Mexico; and two grandchildren. She will be inurned at Mount Olivet Cemetery in San Rafael.
The family prefers that any memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
