JANIS L. HARTVIG
A funeral has been held for Janis L. Hartvig of San Rafael.
Mrs. Hartvig, 87, died Monday in a local convalescent hospital after a long illness.
She was born in Utah and moved to San Francisco as an infant. Her husband, Sosus Hartvig, was a ship’s captain, and died 10 years ago. She moved to Corte Madera 15 years ago.
She is survived by a nephew, Carroll G. Littlejohn of Santa Rosa.
Burial was in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
