LLOYD HUMPHREY

Funeral services for Lloyd Humphrey, 49, of Mill Valley, will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Russell & Gooch Funeral Chapel in Mill Valley.

He died on Saturday at a San Francisco hospital after a long illness.

A native of Oakland, he had been a certified public accountant for the state Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco since 1965.

Besides Oakland, he also had lived in Paradise. He had attended Chico State University and then graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

He had lived in San Francisco before moving to Mill Valley in 1967.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Humphrey of Mill Valley; and a brother, Gordon Humphrey of Fountain Valley, Orange County.

The family prefers contributions to the American Cancer Society.
