Joseph Garcia, father of Maurice and Frank Garcia, locomotive engineers, dropped dead while dressing at his home in San Rafael last week. He was an employee of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad for the past forty years, and for the past few years was employed as crossing flagman at Ross Station.
