JAMES A. PATRICK
James A. Patrick of San Rafael died this morning in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. He was 53.
Born in Illinois, he served in the Merchant Marine during World War II and later in the military. The family moved to Marin about 1954, and he was a mechanic for the San Rafael schools system.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Patrick, of San Rafael; a daughter, Jacqueline Trivett of Black Point; two sons, Ross Eugene Patrick of Denver, and Don Noel Cruz of Lovell, Wyo.; and nine grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Raphael’s Church, followed by burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday in Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael.
