Death notice
SILVIERA – in San Rafael, Dec. 2, 1954, Maria Silviera, beloved sister of the late Marianna Brazil, sister-in-law of Joaquin S. Brazil, adored aunt of Marian Keesmaat, Theodore, Vasco, Bernard Brazil, and the late Ernest, Carlos and George Brazil. She was also the aunt of eight grandnieces, and one great-grandniece. A native of the Azores Islands, aged 80. A member of SPRSI No. 19 of San Rafael.
Friends are invited to attend the funeral Saturday, Dec. 4, 1954, at 9:15 a.m. from Keaton’s mortuary, thence to St. Raphael’s Church, where a Requiem Mass will be offered for the repose of her soul commencing at 9:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Rosary services will be recited at 8 p.m. at the Keaton Chapel Friday, Dec. 3, 1954.
