Father of S. A. Matron Ends Life
John Schlicher, 78, father of Mrs. Marie Cook, of San Anselmo, was found dead last week, a suicide, lying on his wife’s grave in the Calistoga Municipal Cemetery.
His wife had died in 1931 and he had been residing with a daughter, Cela Anderson, a trained nurse in Berkeley. Schlicher shot himself.
