Mrs. Pauline Sherwood Dies Suddenly
On Sunday morning, Mrs. Pauline Sherwood died at the station at Baltimore Park. She owned a summer home in the town, and with her daughter, Catherine, and son, Robert J., had come over from the city to make preparations for occupying the house. Just before she should have boarded a train for the ferry, she grew faint, and her condition was so alarming that Dr. McCue was summoned in haste. When the physician arrived, Mrs. Sherwood was beyond human aid, and died without regaining consciousness. The remains were taken to San Francisco for burial.
