Charles H. Ulfkott Succumbs At 94
Charles Henry Ulfkott, a retired Sausalito house painter who reached California around Cape Horn in a German sailing ship, died yesterday at a local convalescent hospital after long illness at the age of 94.
A native of Germany, he had lived for 14 years at 816 Spring street in Sausalito. He is survived by his wife, Roxy, and stepson, Herrick Morgan, at that address.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Russell and Gooch chapel in Mill Valley. Interment will be in Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
