BILLINGS ESTATE VALUED AT $1,000,000

The $1,000,000 estate of George E. Billings, 78, retired shipping and insurance man who died Thursday at his home in Mill Valley, was disposed of in a will filed Monday in the county clerk's office here. He created a trust fund for his relatives.

Billings' Marin County property, income from property at California and Polk street and one quarter of the income of the estate are awarded to the widow, Gertrude. One half of the estate will go to his daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Ward, wife of Roy C. Ward, president of the George E. Billings Insurance Company. The remainder will be shared by Mrs. Ward and her three children.
